Each year we appraise numerous hospitality properties including everything from limited-service non-franchise motels to full-service franchise hotels. Hospitality properties include motels, hotels, and SRO hotels. Product types include hard budget economy, middle economy, upper-tier economy, mid-rate, garden court, extended stay, first class suite, luxury, and resort hotels. Within these product types are both franchise and non-franchise properties, some with full-service including restaurants, cocktail lounge, swimming pools, meeting/banquet rooms, guest laundry services, and other amenities.
